EXPLORE THE POWER OF YOUR MIND
All hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis
This complimentary four-part training will teach you a simple process you can use on your own to relax, focus your attention, and introduce positive suggestions to your subconscious mind.
HOW IT WORKS
Discover what becomes possible when you turn inward—with curiosity and an open mind.
The four short videos below guide you through the essential stages of self-hypnosis. Watch them in order the first time, as each step builds upon the previous one. Once you understand the complete process, you can return to the videos whenever you would like to practice.
There is no single “right” way to experience hypnosis. Simply remain curious, follow the guidance, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.
Before you begin
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be interrupted. Sit or lie down, silence your notifications, and give yourself permission to be fully present. Never practice self-hypnosis while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Your experience, your choice.

TRAINING
Video 1 - Preparation
A successful self-hypnosis experience begins with clear preparation. In this first video, you will learn how to create the right environment, choose a meaningful intention, and prepare your mind to enter the experience with openness and curiosity.
Video 2 - Induction
Induction is the process of guiding yourself from ordinary awareness into a more relaxed, focused state. This video introduces simple techniques to help quiet outside distractions, turn your attention inward, and become more receptive to your own positive suggestions.
Video 3 - Deepener
Once you enter hypnosis, a deepener can help you settle more fully into the experience. In this video, you will learn how to expand your sense of relaxation and strengthen your inward focus—without forcing yourself to feel anything in a particular way.
Video 4 - Change Work
This is where you begin using self-hypnosis with intention. You will learn how to introduce clear, positive suggestions connected to the change you would like to create. Choose something realistic and meaningful, then allow your imagination and subconscious mind to begin supporting that direction.

MOVING FORWARD
Continue your practice.
Like any skill, self-hypnosis can become easier and more natural with repetition. Return to this training whenever you wish, experiment with different intentions, and notice how your experience evolves over time.

FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
Can everyone practice self-hypnosis?
Everyone can learn self-hypnosis when they are willing to relax, focus, and follow the process. Every experience is different, so there is no “right” way to feel. It feels like meditation with a goal.
Will I lose control?
No. Hypnosis is a focused state of awareness, and you remain in control throughout the experience. You can adjust or stop the practice at any time.
What if I don’t feel hypnotized?
Hypnosis does not always feel dramatically different from ordinary relaxation or focused attention. Simply follow the guidance without trying to make anything happen.
How often should I practice?
You can practice whenever it feels helpful. Repetition often makes the process feel easier and more natural over time.
Is self-hypnosis a substitute for professional support?
No. This training is intended for education, relaxation, and personal development. It does not replace medical or mental-health care. Personalized hypnotherapy provides deeper support for your specific goals and needs.
