A SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY
An open door to something different
I created this day to make hypnosis more accessible and give you an opportunity to experience my approach firsthand.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. Bring something you’d like to explore, a pattern you’re ready to approach differently, or a desire to reconnect with yourself.
Together, we’ll choose a manageable focus for our time.
What would you like to focus on?
Bring what matters to you—a concern, an emotional pattern, something you feel ready to shift, or a desire to understand yourself more deeply.
Your session may focus on stress, fears, confidence, habits, relationships, life transitions, or another area you’d like to explore.
Together, we’ll clarify your intention, and I’ll tailor the session using hypnosis and complementary techniques to support your individual needs.
What to expect
We’ll begin with a conversation about what brings you here and what you’d like to take away from the session.
I’ll then guide you through a personalized hypnosis experience, with time at the end to reflect and discuss how you might carry your insights into daily life.
You’re welcome to ask questions, share your preferences, and let me know what feels comfortable throughout our time together.
Your time, just for you
This is an individual appointment with me, Andrea Correia, Certified Clinical & Medical Hypnotherapist.
Location: Summit Executive Center, Clearwater · Suite 126

FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention that can make it easier to engage with suggestions and explore internal experiences. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis in a structured process to support specific goals, such as changing unwanted habits, managing stress, or developing more helpful responses.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis is not mind control. You remain aware and can speak, move, or stop the process at any time. You cannot be forced to do something against your will. My role is to guide you through the experience while respecting your comfort and choices.
What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Almost everyone cognitively capable can experience hypnosis, although the depth and experience vary. You do not need to achieve a particular state or “perform” hypnosis correctly. We work with your individual response and adapt the approach to your needs.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. Having a general intention is helpful, and we’ll clarify a suitable focus together at the beginning.
Is this a group event?
No. Your appointment is a private, one-to-one session.
Do I need to book a package afterward?
No. You can book this session on its own, without committing to further appointments.
Can hypnotherapy help with anxiety, fears, or unwanted habits?
Hypnotherapy may be a helpful complementary approach for concerns such as anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, smoking, and other unwanted habits. The approach is personalized, and results vary. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care when that is needed.
Can I receive hypnotherapy if I have a medical or mental health diagnosis?
Yes, hypnotherapy may be used as a complementary approach for certain medical or mental health concerns. I am a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist and a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), and this is part of my regular work. If you have a diagnosed condition, I require a referral or written authorization from your treating physician or licensed mental health provider before we begin. This allows us to work collaboratively and ensure that hypnotherapy is appropriate for your needs and aligned with your existing care. Hypnotherapy does not replace medical or mental health treatment, and I do not diagnose conditions or recommend changes to prescribed medications or treatment plans.
Do you offer online hypnotherapy sessions?
Yes. I offer hypnotherapy sessions in person at my Clearwater, Florida office and online via Zoom. Online sessions follow a similar personalized process and can be a convenient option for clients who prefer to connect from home.
