In this state, you can increase relaxation and concentration and eliminate distractions, making it easier to explore and address deep-seated issues, change unwanted behaviors, and achieve personal goals.

3. How do Hypnotherapy and Transformation Coaching Differ?
While both hypnotherapy and transformation coaching aim to help you achieve personal growth and overcome challenges, they differ in their approaches and techniques:

5. What Can I Expect During a Hypnotherapy Session?
During a hypnotherapy session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. While in this deep state of relaxation and focused concentration, you will experience a process similar to a guided meditation or guided visualization. This process is intentionally permeated with imagery, cues, and suggestions targeting your desired goal. In this state, the hypnotherapist uses various techniques to help you explore your subconscious mind, address specific issues, and reinforce positive changes. You will remain fully aware and in control throughout the session, and you can expect to feel relaxed and refreshed afterward. Most people feel very calm and reinvigorated after a hypnosis session.

6. What Can I Expect During a Transformation Coaching Session?
In a transformation coaching session, you will work with your coach to identify your goals and challenges. Your coach will help you develop a clear action plan, provide tools and techniques to overcome obstacles, and offer support and accountability as you work towards your goals. Sessions may involve discussions, exercises, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.

7. How Do I Know if Hypnotherapy or Transformation Coaching is Right for Me?
Choosing between hypnotherapy and transformation coaching depends on your specific needs and goals. If you are looking to address specific issues such as fears, phobias, unhealthy habits, deep-seated emotional problems, traumas, hypnotherapy may be more suitable. If you are seeking to make broader life changes and achieve personal growth, transformation coaching may be the better option. During our Discovery Meeting, I can help you determine the best approach for your unique situation.

8. How Many Sessions Will I Need?
The number of sessions required varies depending on your individual goals and needs. Some clients achieve their desired results in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. During our Discovery Meeting, we will discuss your goals and develop a personalized plan that outlines the recommended number of sessions.

9. Is Hypnotherapy Safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe and natural therapeutic technique. Hypnosis is a voluntary act that aims to alter beliefs you know are not benefiting you. You can’t be made to do anything against your will, reveal any information you wish to keep secret, or lose control over your behavior. You can leave the hypnotic state anytime you want. You are always in control. I am a trained and certified professional and I will guide you through the process in a controlled and supportive environment. You remain in control throughout the session and can end the trance state at any time. I am merely guiding you through the process; you do all the work.
10. Can I choose not to include hypnotherapy in my program?
Yes, of course you can. During our Discovery Meeting, we will address all your questions and concerns, and together we'll define a personalized program that best fits your needs. Whether or not to include hypnotherapy is entirely your choice, and I will ensure the program aligns with your comfort level and goals.

11. How do I know if I can be hypnotized?
​Everyone with minimum cognitive skills can be hypnotized. This process works by activating your imagination and creativity with a specific goal. In fact, smart people can achieve excellent hypnotic results due to their very active and vivid minds.

12. Considering all the programs you offer, which one should I choose?
If you didn't feel a specific call to any of my programs, or if you are in doubt between two or more programs, please schedule a Discovery Meeting. During this session, we will have the chance to discuss your specific needs in more detail, and together we can choose the program that better suits you. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the most effective and tailored support on your transformational journey.
13. Are online coaching sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
Yes, online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions, regardless of the type of work we are doing together. When you enroll in a remote program, we will begin with an introductory phase where we plan and prepare everything you'll need for your upcoming sessions. This ensures that you're fully equipped and ready to achieve the same results as you would in an in-person setting.
14. Are online hypnosis sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
Yes, online hypnosis sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. During hypnosis, you will be in a relaxed state but always in control. I will be monitoring you via camera throughout the entire session, guiding you with my voice every step of the way. You are fully entitled to leave the trance state at any time if you choose to do so, you just need to open your eyes.
