Energy Alignment brings together Reiki and complementary wellness practices to create a calming, supportive experience. Sessions are designed to encourage relaxation, body awareness, and emotional well-being, while allowing you to explore what feels most meaningful to you.
Some people come simply to rest and recharge. Others are drawn to a more integrative experience that combines energy work with hypnosis, sound, or other complementary techniques. Each session is personalized according to your intentions, preferences, and the approach you choose.
You don’t need to arrive with a specific goal. Sometimes, creating space for yourself is enough.

Depending on your intentions, preferences, and the time available, your session may incorporate Reiki, hypnosis, sound and vibration, and/or Emotion Code. Each approach offers a different way to explore your experience, and we can thoughtfully combine them to create a session that feels right for you.
Reiki
A gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy practice traditionally used to support relaxation, restoration, and a sense of balance.
Sound & Vibration
Gong, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, chimes, create an immersive sensory experience that can encourage relaxation and a deeper connection with the present moment.
Hypnosis
Guided relaxation and focused awareness that may support personal reflection, emotional exploration, and the development of more helpful responses.
Emotion Code
An energy-based method developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that may be incorporated as part of a personalized session to release trapped emotions in the body.

What is the difference between Reiki and Energy Alignment?
Reiki is a standalone energy practice that I offer as a 60-minute session. Energy Alignment is a personalized experience that may combine Reiki with other complementary modalities, including hypnosis, sound and vibration, and Emotion Code. You can choose the approaches you feel drawn to, or we can explore together which combination feels right for you.
Do I need to choose the modalities before booking?
No. You’re welcome to select the modalities you would like to experience, but you don’t need to decide in advance. We can discuss your intentions and preferences at the beginning of your session and create an approach together. Not every modality needs to be included.
Should I book the 60-minute or 90-minute Energy Alignment session?
The 60-minute session is ideal for a focused, restorative experience or an introduction to integrative energy work. The 90-minute session offers more time for conversation, combining modalities, and reflection. Both are personalized; the longer session simply provides a more spacious experience.
What should I expect during a Reiki or Energy Alignment session?
You’ll begin with a brief conversation about your intentions and preferences. Depending on the session you choose, you may experience Reiki, guided hypnosis, sound and vibration, or other selected practices. You remain an active participant and can communicate your comfort level or request adjustments at any time.
Can Energy Alignment help with stress or emotional well-being?
Many people seek Reiki and complementary wellness practices to relax, create space for themselves, and support their emotional well-being. Experiences vary, and these practices are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. You can use them alongside appropriate professional care.
Can I receive Energy Alignment if I have a medical or mental health diagnosis?
Energy Alignment is a complementary wellness service and does not replace medical or mental health treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, please let me know before booking so we can discuss whether the session is appropriate and whether you need authorization from your treating provider. I do not diagnose conditions or recommend changes to prescribed medications or treatment plans.
