Release · Realign · Rise is a comprehensive and integrative process designed to support deep, lasting transformation. This structured journey helps you understand and integrate what lies beneath your current experiences, allowing meaningful and sustainable change to unfold. Through guided subconscious work and personalized sessions, we address limiting patterns, emotional imprints, and internal dynamics that may be holding you back. Rather than forcing change, this process supports natural evolution by aligning your inner awareness with your external reality. Each session builds upon the previous one, guiding you through three essential stages: Release – Let go of patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that no longer serve you. Realign – Reconnect with clarity, purpose, and deeper self-awareness. Rise – Embody transformation and move forward with confidence and authenticity. This program is ideal for those seeking profound personal growth, clarity, and integration. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or in person. Conscious Creation — Foundational Hypnotherapy Program The Conscious Creation Program is a fully personalized, client-centered journey designed to meet you exactly where you are — and guide you toward where you are ready to evolve. We begin with a foundational six-session container to establish real momentum, renewing in additional packages only as needed and always at your pace.
Cancellation Policy
Rules for Clients Purchasing Session Packages Package Expiration: Make sure you have checked the expiration date of the package you are purchasing and that it fits your personal schedule. Session Cancellation Policy: Sessions can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be charged in full. Program-Specific Sessions: Sessions purchased within a specific program can only be used under that program and cannot be transferred to another program. Amount of Required Sessions: The number of sessions required is an estimate. Each individual's process is unique, and the actual number of sessions may vary. The need for additional sessions may be discussed with the client during the process. Complementary Single Sessions: Single sessions may be purchased to complement the work within a program in progress. Refund Policy: Packages can be refunded if requested by email within 24 hours after the first session of that package. Refunds will not be processed after this 24-hour period following the first session. Late Arrival Policy: There is a 20-minute tolerance for late arrivals, in person or online. After this period, the session will be canceled and fully charged unless the client provides a reasonable explanation for the tardiness.
