Cancellation Policy

Rules for Clients Purchasing Session Packages ​ Package Expiration: Make sure you have checked the expiration date of the package you are purchasing and that it fits your personal schedule. Session Cancellation Policy: Sessions can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be charged in full. Program-Specific Sessions: Sessions purchased within a specific program can only be used under that program and cannot be transferred to another program. Amount of Required Sessions: The number of sessions required is an estimate. Each individual's process is unique, and the actual number of sessions may vary. The need for additional sessions may be discussed with the client during the process. Complementary Single Sessions: Single sessions may be purchased to complement the work within a program in progress. Refund Policy: Packages can be refunded if requested by email within 24 hours after the first session of that package. Refunds will not be processed after this 24-hour period following the first session. Late Arrival Policy: There is a 20-minute tolerance for late arrivals, in person or online. After this period, the session will be canceled and fully charged unless the client provides a reasonable explanation for the tardiness. ​Please ensure you understand and agree to these rules before purchasing a session package.
